Heidi Santtila

Heidi Santtila has worked as a consultant, trainer and as a technical support analyst during her Cognos career that started close to 20 years ago. She has gained experience in various customer environments with IBM Cognos Series7, IBM Cognos8/10 and IBM Cognos Analytics tools.

Heidi specializes in Cognos installations, IBM Cognos architecture plans, failover plans, ETL (Data Manager and Informatica), IBM Cognos Cube creation and all aspects of report development.
